As an Operations Consultant, I draw on my six years of experience as a Project and Change Leader in Bosch’s Mobility & Automotive division where I delivered digital systems under the Industry 4.0 standards, improved production line efficiency focusing on Lean principles, WHS requirements and raw-material flow design.

Transitioning a Value Stream from decentralized, manual Excel defect logging to a centralized digital framework. I replaced the entire system with an automated tracking system integrated directly into the MES to eliminate admin waste from the shop floor and to create a real-time, Single Source of Truth for quality analytics across the department.
The project focuses on the solution of an audit finding: excess milling dust on PCBs after milling process. I led the end-to-end implementation of a milling tray and vacuum modification to eliminate the contamination at its source. The audit finding was successfully closed, the solution was benchmarked as Best Practice and rolled out across all milling-dependent products in the facility.
